Everyday life happens at all hours of the day.  RescueNet Online Account Access lets you keep up with everyday life giving you access to your credit union accounts no matter when the need arises.  Whether from home, while at the office, or even on the road, RescueNet saves you time, worry, and money!

RescueNet Self-Enrollment is Easy!

To self-enroll, start at HFDFCU.org and look for the ‘Online Banking’ window:

  • If you don’t have a User ID yet, leave that blank and click Log In.
  • Have a recent account statement or receipt ready.
  • Follow the prompts to accept terms and conditions of RescueNet.
  • Enter the necessary identifying information.
  • You’ll be self-enrolled in no time!

RescueNet Mobile App for Android or iOS

All your favorite features from RescueNet are available on your Android or iOS device with RescueNet Mobile App.  Whether you’re out running errands or on a round-the-world trip, access to your credit union accounts is now available in the palm of your hand.

You’ll need to set-up RescueNet with a desktop computer before being able to access RescueNet Mobile App. The same credentials from RescueNet desktop are used for the RescueNet Mobile App.

Once enrolled, RescueNet Mobiliti can be downloaded directly from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.  Search “Honolulu Fire Department FCU” in either store to download RescueNet Mobiliti.

Bill Payer

Bill Payer Step 1RescueNet Bill Payer

RescueNet Bill Payer is a powerful tool that supercharges your Checking Account!  Not only will Bill Payer save you stamps and trips to the post office, but it’s more than a simple bill payment service.  Using Bill Payer’s one-time or recurring payment options, consider all these possibilities:

  • Pay yourself!  Send payments to yourself to save at another institution or to family or friends.
  • Automated e-billing!  With participating merchants and utility companies, your bills can be delivered directly to your RescueNet Bill Payer alert inbox.
  • Set it and forget it!  Pre-schedule payments so that nothing is left to chance.

*A Checking Account is required for RescueNet Bill Payer.  “Pop ups” must be enabled on your internet browser for Bill Payer to function properly and you must have entered a proper e-mail address in order to complete enrollment.  Payment dates indicate the date on which the Bill Payer service will deliver your payment, so adjustments to pre-scheduled payments must be done in enough time prior to sending.  RescueNet Bill Payer client support is available at 855-840-5706.

 

PopMoney

PopMoney Transfers

Sending money is as easy as sending an email or a text message.

With PopMoney Transfers available through RescueNet, send money to anyone using their e-mail address, mobile phone number, or account identification – all without having to trade sensitive, personal or account information.  PopMoney Transfers gives you the flexibility to send and receive funds and send reminders or request funds from someone.  Use Popmoney to:

  • Send money to your child at college
  • Send a gift to family and friends
  • Pay back friends for that fun outing
  • Pay your babysitter or your lawn care service
  • Pay rent to your landlord or roommates

 

How does it work?

To send money:

  • Log in to Re$cueNet and click Move Money on the menu
  • Click External Transfers
  • Select the Pay Other People option by clicking the Select button
  • Send money to anyone using an email address, a mobile number, or bank account information
  • You will be notified when the transaction is completed

 

To receive money:

  • You receive an email or text message telling you someone sent you money
  • Log in to Re$cueNet and click Move Money
  • Click External Transfers
  • Select the Pay Other People option by clicking the Select button
  • Select the Overview tab and direct the funds into your account
  • The funds will be automatically deposited

E-Statements

Save time and money when you sign up for E-Statements instead of paper statements. And you’ll save a few trees in the process, too! 

With E-Statements, it’s just like receiving your monthly paper statements in the mail, except you won’t have to wait for the post office because all your historical statements are stored online for anytime access.* All while eliminating the worry that your paper statements could be intercepted or stolen with your financial information compromised.

 

*Technical requirements for accessing, viewing, and printing your account statements through the HFDFCU E-Statements system will apply.  A proper e-mail address is required in order to complete enrollment.  A maximum of 12 months’ history is available on the HFDFCU E-Statements system.

Direct Deposits & Incoming Transfers

Receiving money electronically is simple and easy!

When providing the necessary information to establish any incoming payments, direct deposit, income tax returns, or other incoming amounts, the following direct deposit information is all you’ll need:

  • HFDFCU Routing Number: 321379151
  • Your HFDFCU Member Number:  ___  ___  ___  ___  ___ (Your 3-6 digit Member Number)
  • Specify Savings or Checking

 

Once you’ve established that, let us know if you want us to help move the funds any further — whether to pay a loan or to further distribute the funds — to your other accounts and/or loans.

If you’re interested in the necessary information to establish outgoing payments, such as when a merchant or an organization needs to debit or deduct funds from your HFDFCU account, please call our branch.
